Cheridan Couty

Hi! I'm a performer, choreographer and educator originally from Southern Illinois.  I have recently received my BFA in Dance at Southeast Missouri State University.  During my time there, I had the honor of working with amazing faculty and guest artists. I have choreographed numerous works for concerts, competitions, and local shows, as well as performed in works set by faculty, guest artist, and students.  I currently reside in St. Louis where I have danced professionally with MADCO 2 and as a free-lance dancer in the area.  I also have had the honor of being the Assistant Dance Coach at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy and am currently the Assistant Dance Coach for Maryville University.

 

My main goal is to bring positivity to any setting.  I want to instill confidence within all of my students that they are worthy and that they can do whatever they put their minds to.  I strongly believe that the world needs extra light and that it can grow with every student that we push in a positive direction.
